Fault phenomenon: The right walking mechanism mostly remains inactive, but occasionally exhibits movement.

Cause of failure: The spool of the right-hand travel valve is stuck.

Troubleshooting process:

① On-site inspection shows that the hydraulic oil, engine oil, and antifreeze are all normal. The engine starts normally, and the hydraulic system produces no unusual noises.

② The boarding motion is normal; the work outfit shows slight deviation; the bulldozer blade, left walking motion, and speed are all normal. Therefore, the hydraulic pump failure has been ruled out.

③ By analyzing the internal data from the display screen, we found that when performing subtle rightward walking movements, the LS pressure remains consistently at 0. However, when the joystick reaches its maximum travel distance, there are occasional movements, causing the LS pressure to spike momentarily.

④ When walking normally on the right without deviating, it can be preliminarily determined that the pressure compensation method is functioning properly.

⑤ After disassembling the right-hand travel main spool, we found that the main spool was stuck.

⑥ Replace the main valve assembly to eliminate the fault.
